My work is grounded in human-centered design — a creative problem-solving framework for leading and engaging with empathy and designing innovative solutions to complex problems.

What is Human-Centered Design (HCD)?

Human-centered design (ISO standard ISO 9241-210:2019), also referred to as design thinking, is a problem-solving process, by being predominantly solution-focused. It is comprised of robust methods and core mindsets that, when practiced together, allow people to collaborate, communicate, and work differently.

It involves discovering and understanding customer needs, defining and identifying opportunities, exploring and developing options, and delivering solutions by building and testing prototypes.

My Approach

Human-Centered

Using design thinking, I can help you transform your approach to problem-solving and innovation. This human-centered framework empowers businesses to craft impactful solutions while enabling professionals to become more adaptable, creative, and effective in their roles.

Data-driven

By combining qualitative and quantitative insights with rapid prototyping and testing, I uncover the full story — revealing deeper needs, motivations, and behaviors to drive smarter, more impactful decisions for your success.

Science-backed

By integrating evidence-based behavioral science frameworks such as the Behavior Change Wheel and Motive Disposition Theory, I craft strategies and solutions that inspire lasting change, deepen engagement, and strengthen resilience.
